MyN partners met in Milan, Italy on the 4-5 June  to discuss project developments and plans for the upcoming years as well as to prepare for the final review meeting  that will be held alongside the MyN Conference in Lisbon from the 22-25 June.

The first day was very busy, starting at 9am project partners presented their individual work packages and deliverables whereas pilots demonstrated their fieldwork and activities performed in four different European cities. It was amazing to see how much good work has been done by the MyN team and how engaged local neighbourhood became! Birmingham, Milan, Aalborg and Lisbon – well done!

The meeting was also a great chance to learn more about the Human Smart Cities initiative and connections of our project to the FIWARE. Professor Alvaro de Oliveira who chaired the meeting explained the concept and reinforced project’s aim in promoting citizen and municipalities involvement in the co-design and co-creation of city services. It is fantastic that that many cities and countries all over the world, especially in Brazil, are interested in the adoption of the MyN platform and Living Lab methodology.
